Vincent van Gogh, 1853–1890
A Wheatfield, with Cypresses, 1889
© The National Gallery, London
Inspired by Van Gogh's painting A Wheatfield, with Cypresses in the National Gallery, London. It is one of three near identical Van Gogh paintings. The painting is of the view towards the Alpilles Mountains near Arles. We have carefully selected the perfect combination of Morning Roses, sweet-smellng Freesias, and wheat to represent the warm colours of the dense wheatfield. We chose Thlaspi for the olive trees in the distance and darker green Pistacia to represent the Provençal Cypress that towers above the rest. The blue mountains and swirling skies, which feature in many of van Gogh's fine works are symbolised by the addition of blue Agapanthus.
These luxury flowers are inspired by the masterpieces housed at the National Gallery. Each bouquet is beautifully arranged by our floral designers exclusively for the National Gallery. Included you will receive a gift card print of the artwork and a National Gallery care guide.
(Medium bouquet is shown where multiple sizes are available)
